This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver high-quality service and products to our customers.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the food and beverage operations.
• Oversee the planning and management of menus, ensuring they meet customer expectations and align with market trends.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the chefs and other team members to create a unique and exciting dining experience for our customers.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce wastage and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Provide guidance and feedback to staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
• Proven track record of managing a high-performing team.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and queries effectively.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in using food and beverage management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
• Certifications in food safety training and alcohol service are a plus.
