 Manage front of house supervisory team and staff.

 Direct and manage schedules and work assignments; provide daily oversight of assigned management personnel and their actions.

Assign and perform duties associated with recruiting and staffing.

Administer the Food & Beverage performance evaluation process and related documentation to include writing, reviewing, submitting and approving.

Ensure personnel adhere to State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and potentially intoxicated guests.

Act in relation to employees, customers, and/or general public in a manner consistent with the best interests of the Company.

Implement, enforce and adhere to Company and Departmental policies and procedures and safety standards.

Coordinate Micros changes and programming in the Food and Beverage Department.
