THE WORK:
- You'll develop and coordinate project schedules based on execution strategies.
- You'll review contractor schedules for contract compliance and quality assurance.
- You'll assess change orders and amendments for their impact on cost and timelines.
- You'll conduct time impact analyses to evaluate delays and claims.
- You'll support and participate in change order negotiations.
- You'll perform Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) analyses.
- You'll identify schedule-related issues and recommend corrective actions or innovative solutions.
- You'll conduct site visits to monitor and report on project progress.
- You'll review contractor schedule updates and prepare narratives for management decision-making.
- You'll evaluate contractor recovery plans and determine schedule feasibility.
- You'll perform cost and expenditure analyses to support project phases.
- You'll create cost-loaded schedules for accurate cash flow forecasting.
- You'll apply contract policies within guidelines and communicate findings effectively.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis
- Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling
- Experience with time impact analysis
- Experience with construction claims and change orders
