• Successful Candidate Profile:5+ years of capital project, facilities, construction, or project management experience within higher education, institutional, or complex commercial environments.Experience managing campus development, academic, research, student housing, or infrastructure projects preferred.Strong understanding of project delivery methods, construction practices, facility operations, and stakeholder coordination.Ability to review and interpret project plans, specifications, contracts, budgets, and schedules.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with university leadership, faculty, staff, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders.What's on OfferThe Higher Education Project Manager will be offered:Base salary: $110,000-$140,000Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).Benefits: 100% medical, dental, vision coverage for you and dependents.Generous 401(k) + company profit sharing.Car allowance starting at $800/month.20 PTO days (potential unlimited PTO).Company phone & laptop provided.DE&I initiatives and company-wide events.Training and development programs
