Monitor all elements of implementation for a school program, including but not limited to instructor attendance, performance, material distribution, and student achievement through progress monitoring. Lead and facilitate instructor orientation and training as necessary. Observe instructors during small group instruction; provide performance coaching to ensure effective classroom management and growth in student achievement. Complete required documentation following school visits. Communicate and meet consistently with your supervisor to provide updates on progress, potential issues, and program concerns. Inform your supervisor about changes at schools you support, including program observations, related to school administration and staff concerns, instructor performance and attendance, program setup, changes, and/or program effectiveness. Provide instructors with applicable solutions to behavioral or educational problems arising during student instruction.
