Partner closely with the Project Manager on schedule and quality

Lead subcontractors and manage site logistics and safety

Coordinate staffing, inspections, and milestone deliveries

Serve as the on-site representative with owners and architects

ProfileA successful K12 Superintendent should have:7-12 years' experience as a Superintendent on complex projects

Background in K-12, higher-ed, or similar institutional builds

Proven ability to control large, active jobsites

Strong subcontractor and trade relationships

Willingness to travel locally across Ohio as needed
