About the Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the health and education sector to lead and coordinate innovation projects that improve the quality of life of people and/or learning experiences. Requirements Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas. Possess at least 10 years of project management work experience. Have project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.). Experience managing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Have prior experience managing budgets ($3M+) Change Management Possess at least 3 years of Healthcare IT project management experience and working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows. Have experience providing regular reports and summaries to management. Be able to use Smartsheet, Microsoft Projector and other PM tools Have Lean, Waterfall, Agile PM, 5 years. Fieldwork Instructors will observe Teacher Candidates throughout the semester, document the teaching experience, provide formative and summative digital evaluations, conduct team meetings, facilitate meaningful learning of the course competencies, and support all facets of the learning environment consistent with the University's mission. In addition, Fieldwork Instructors will also encourage a culture of learning that values mutual responsibility and respect, life-long learning, and ethics as well as personal and professional development. The primary responsibility of the Fieldwork Instructor is to observe, guide, and mentor Teacher Candidates in the manner determined by the School of Education and aligned with the University mission. Become familiar with and be able to articulate the LMU Conceptual Framework in order to facilitate the mastery of these tenets by the Teacher Candidates. Observe Teacher Candidates on a continuous basis during the execution of an entire lesson. Intern and Teacher Practitioner observations are conducted five times per semester. Traditional Teacher Candidates observations are conducted eight times per semester. The Fieldwork Instructor will provide: Documentation on the teaching experience using the Observation Record and offer reflective feedback for each lesson observed. Comments and reflective feedback on the Lesson Plan provided for each observation. An electronic Formative Evaluation in the middle of the semester and an electronic Summative Evaluation at the end of the semester. This role is the cornerstone of our students' success, building the vital bridge between classroom learning and real-world patient care. The DCE provides leadership in developing, conducting, and ongoing assessment of the clinical education program. Management of the program's clinical activities include: organization, development and administration of, the clinical curriculum in conjunction with the program director (PD) and the statewide curriculum committee; planning for, acquisition of, and communication with, locations needed for development of evolving practice skills; ensuring that appropriate supervision/assessment of students is available at all clinical sites; and ongoing assessment of the overall effectiveness of the clinical training for all students. The DCE will assume other responsibilities within the program including administrative, teaching in the classroom, and teaching in the laboratory. The DCE provides quality and engaging instruction in all delivery methods and formats within the Respiratory program; provides timely and meaningful feedback to students regarding the mastery of course and program learning outcomes; engages students outside of class in support of the curriculum and co-curriculum; provides institutional support and community service; participates meaningfully in student retention and completion initiatives; supports the College's mission and strategic plan initiatives; conforms to campus expectations of faculty performance and engagement. Ensure the classroom and instructional laboratory environment are conducive to student learning and in adherence to federal, state, and college safety standards and practices. Maintain student records, attendance, grades, and other documentation as required. Use Learning Management System (e.g. Canvas) to facilitate teaching, learning, assessment, and communication. Develop and maintain curriculum and supporting course materials in keeping with and furtherance of course objectives and program learning outcomes. Enrollment Management, Student Retention, and Student Success Monitor and document individual student clinical competency progression and provide necessary interventions to ensure success. Provide academic-related coaching and academic monitoring to programmatic students in partnership with professional academic advising staff. Monitor and document student performance throughout the semester, including use of technology for academic advising alerts; provide necessary interventions to include communication with students, tutoring and other academic supports, and referrals to appropriate college resources. Promote and assist in student recruitment, retention, and successful completion of programs, including outreach to students by phone, technology tools, and other electronic means. Minimum Qualifications A qualified director of clinical education in Respiratory Therapy meets all of the following criteria: Possesses an earned baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution and Holds a valid Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) credential and current state license, and Has a minimum of four (4) years' experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care, and Has a minimum of two (2) years' experience teaching in an accredited respiratory care program either as an appointed faculty member or a clinical preceptor. About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in the health and education sector to lead and coordinate innovation projects that improve the quality of life of people and/or learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, communication and negotiation skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development and budget management. You'll be working alongside subject matter experts in Health Information Technology. We need someone who enjoys a good challenge and is excited about helping take our organization to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and supervise the assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

  • Manage the scope, risks, changes, and incidents that may arise during the project life cycle.

  • Coordinate and motivate and manage the work team

  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and internal and external stakeholders,

  • Prepare periodic reports on the project status, the results obtained, and the lessons learned.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in processes, methodologies, and proposed solutions.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive program strategy and approach. Organize, plan, and maintain program roadmap consisting of cross-functional activities/projects.

  • Work cross functionally to assemble project teams. Lead Project and/or Program team in the development and maintenance of comprehensive plans for a defined program.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on Program status inclusive of scope, schedule, budget and alignment to Program and strategic goals.

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships. Deliver presentations of project status to effectively communicate throughout the project life cycle.

  • Adhere to the Organization's project management methods, project life-cycle methodologies, and audit requirements. Support and contribute to the improvement of project management methods and practices.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas.

  • Possess at least 10 years of project management work experience.

  • Have project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).

  • Experience managing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)

  • Have prior experience managing budgets ($3M+)

  • Change Management

  • Possess at least 3 years of Healthcare IT project management experience and working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows.

  • Have experience providing regular reports and summaries to management.

  • Be able to use Smartsheet, Microsoft Projector and other PM tools

  • Have Lean, Waterfall, Agile PM, 5 years.

  • Have knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or Lean.

  • Possess prior Go-to-Market experience

  • Experience with international or multicultural projects

  • Availability to travel occasionally

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $113,100 - $188,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
