Job Summary The Education Coordinator provides essential administrative and programmatic support for five Emergency Medicine subspecialty fellowship programs, including one ACGME-accredited fellowship and four non-ACGME programs. This position is critical to ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements, supporting program operations, and assisting Program Directors in meeting the educational and scholarly needs of fellows. The coordinator serves as the central resource for fellows, program leadership, and departmental education leadership, and is integral in the development and implementation of new program initiatives. This is primarily an on-site role based in the Emergency Medicine office, requiring presence five days per week. Following a successful probationary period, limited hybrid flexibility (1-2 days per week remote) may be available in alignment with departmental needs.
