Education Jobs 2026 (Now Hiring) – Smart Auto Apply

• Reports to: Dean of Education

• Assist with coordination of daily operations within the Education Department.
• Audit courses each module to ensure master shells are reviewed and up to date; communicate needed updates to Instructional Design (ID) Specialists within established timelines.
• Review and update syllabi and homework addendums as needed.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for PAC meetings, faculty meetings, in-services, and curriculum review meetings.
• Maintain electronic faculty files and generate reports on file completeness for Program Managers.
• Assist with closed captioning for classroom video lectures.
• Review incoming student transcripts for potential transfer credit.
• Run, compile, and distribute weekly reports and survey results.
• Update the Master Textbook List each module in coordination with the Sourcing and Procurement Specialist.
• Maintain clear documentation and effective communication within the department and across teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate degree preferred (Business, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Previous project coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.

• Non-exempt, hourly position
• Pay range: $20 – $25 per hour
• Compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications
