About the RoleAmpersand Therapy is hiring an Exceptional Education Teacher to support students in Eagleville, TNIn this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed. What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs

• Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects

• Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment

• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families

• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

• Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation

• Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs

• Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning

What We’re Looking For

• TN certification for Special Education Teaching with Interventionist or Comprehensive Endorsement

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education

• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
