Responsibilities:- Teacher will create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for students in the early childhood program.- Teacher will provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.- Teacher will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.- Teacher will utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment.- Teacher will assess and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.- Teacher will collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs.

Requirements:- Teacher must have a CDA, Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or another related field. - Teacher must have two-years previous experience working with students. - Teacher must possess knowledge of child welfare and development principles.- Teacher must have strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.- Teacher must be proficient in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.- Teacher must have the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
