Position Overview
Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team in Albuquerque.
The Field Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting our clients, caregivers, and office operations. This position is responsible for coordinating client schedules, assisting caregivers, processing daily payroll, tracking service authorizations, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure our clients receive consistent, high-quality care.
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is REQUIRED for this position. The successful candidate must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing, with clients, caregivers, families, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Communicate with clients, caregivers, and families in both English and Spanish as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits while ensuring appropriate caregiver matching and availability.
- Assist caregivers with schedules, changes, updates, and other support needs.
- Monitor daily schedules and respond quickly to scheduling changes or staffing needs.
- Process daily payroll accurately and on time.
- Track client authorizations and monitor services to ensure they remain within approved limits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records.
- Enter and update information in scheduling and office systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Help address client and caregiver questions or concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client and employee information.
Qualifications
Required:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish - verbal and written.
- Previous experience in healthcare, home healthcare, scheduling, customer service, or administrative coordination preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use scheduling and healthcare software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Must live in Albuquerque, NM, or the surrounding area.
Preferred:
- Experience with healthcare authorizations.
- Experience with payroll processing or payroll systems.
- Experience in home healthcare or a similar healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with scheduling caregivers or coordinating in-home services.
