What You'll Do

• Prepare a range of tax returns, including individual, business, trust, and partnership filings

• Participate in audit engagements for nonprofit organizations

• Support clients with bookkeeping and payroll services

• Take on specialized projects that require creative thinking and adaptable solutions

• Contribute as a key member of the tax accountant team, helping clients navigate complex tax matters

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

• CPA license preferred or in progress

• At least 2 years of accounting experience; public accounting and tax experience are strong pluses

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

• A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a high-performing CPA firm

• Must be able to pass a background check

Location Santa Fe, New Mexico Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding. 

Schedule Monday through Friday Full-time
