Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by promoting daily specials and sharing your genuine recommendations and preferences. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen. Efficiently assemble and deliver orders to the appropriate tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide prompt and attentive service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, swift manner. Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and the dining area. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: Customer service experience, especially in food service or retail (training provided for those without prior experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and excellent teamwork abilities Responsible and trustworthy Clear background check and drug screening. Full weekend and summer holiday availability. Typical hours of operation are Friday-Sunday, 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in a similar role Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems Knowledge of food and beverage service best practices Enthusiasm for lakeside living and the boating lifestyle Working Conditions: Performs work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, as The Grill features covered outdoor dining areas. Remains stationary for extended periods of time. Communicates clearly and effectively with guests to take orders and handle guest needs. Moves about the restaurant to deliver food to customers and carry out sanitation duties. Moves up to 25 lbs. The anticipated pay for this position is $2.50 per hour plus tips, which are distributed through a tip pool. Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
  • Responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
  • Serve as a role model, using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Support your center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Drive the Bus as required to pick the students from schools

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aide certification preferred
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
  • Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
