What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day) As our Start-Up Technician, you'll be the final touch to ensure pools are clean, chemically balanced, and functioning perfectly. Your key responsibilities include: Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting ✔ Configure, calibrate, and program pool automation systems, timers, valves, heaters, and chemistry controllers. ✔ Test all pool equipment to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed. ✔ Work with vendor reps (Pentair, Hayward, etc.) to resolve technical challenges.
