Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Experience in the development and deployment of complex workflows for large projects preferred. • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner *These are the typical years of experience required for this job. Be accountable for compliance with the approved schedules and that personnel under one's technical guidance are appropriately trained and effectively utilized. Prepare plans including schedules, budgets and personnel requirements for solving technical and quality engineering tasks identified by management. Develop schedules, monitor progress, monitor expenditures of budget and review quality of work completed to ensure that technical and quality requirements are met. Serve on a Facility Review Board, providing QA expertise in support of facility start-up and/or operation. Support facility/project needs within the assigned area by conducting procurement, procedure, and work package reviews. Communicate objectives and results to customers, colleagues, and management. Prepare reports, professional papers, and articles for internal publication; Occasionally prepare reports for external publication. Communicate with DOE-SR personnel regarding QA Program and corrective action status. Enhance expertise in field through leadership in local technical societies. May also participate in national technical societies, advanced studies, or national consensus standards committees. Demonstrate commitment to TQ concepts by active participation and successful implementation of Div./ Dept. TQ initiatives. Serve as a QA expert in evaluating the QA Programs of major program participants, including subcontractors and suppliers, in order to recommend corrective actions, redirect efforts, and provide judgment regarding a project or facility's potential for success. Present findings to program or facility management and Site QA. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Summary

• Experience in the development and deployment of complex workflows for large projects preferred.
