  • Write business plans and action plans in order to increase sales and maximize profitability of the Prepared Foods Department.
  • Perform store visits to identify/resolve problems to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Develop, direct and implement new concepts, recipes, products, procedures and policies.
  • Analyze and understand customer purchase data in order to recognize trends and maximize profits.
