QA Automation Engineer (PlaywrightKarate Automation)Location - Plano TXQA Automation Engineer, responsible for driving end to end quality engineering initiatives across enterprise applications with a strong focus onPlaywright UI AutomationandKarate API Automation . I lead automation feasibility assessments, develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across web, API, and data validation layers. My core expertise includes designing robust automation solutions usingPlaywright for modern web application testingandKarate Framework for API automation, contract validation, and end to end integration testing , enabling faster and more reliable software delivery. I collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and QA teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from requirements through production deployment. My responsibilities include creating and executing automated test suites, analyzing test results, publishing quality metrics and reports, performing database validation using SQL, and managing defects through resolution. I possess strong experience in framework architecture, CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps, and leveraging Git for version control. Additionally, I utilize Java, AWS cloud technologies, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate test automation development, improve framework maintainability, and enhance overall testing efficiency.
