The candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations while mentoring development teams and working closely with business stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Skills:• Experience: 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years focused on Salesforce development, including at least 2+ years hands-on implementation and customization.• Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SOQL.• Integration Expertise: Proven record of connecting Salesforce with external enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.• Certifications: o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Required) o Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional or Platform Developer II (Preferred)• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.• Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps strategy.• Lead production issue resolution and technical governance activities.
