Uses discretionary judgment to appropriately modify patient care regimens. Facilitates appropriate response from other health care team members to provide quality and safe care. Explores multiple aspects of care regimen with case manager and health care providers to promote appropriate resolution. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
