We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Sports Recovery Specialist to lead our members through advanced modalities and optimize their physical longevity.

The Mission

As a Sports Recovery Specialist, you are at the intersection of athletic recovery science and hands-on performance care. You will focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales by delivering exceptional private and small group recovery training. • Training & Revenue Generation: Conduct and sell private and small group recovery training sessions, achieving revenue objectives through complimentary sessions, recovery booths, seminars, and workshops.
• Program Administration: Ensure accurate setup and tracking of client programs, including dotFIT supplement profiles, measurement tracking, and customized workout/recovery plans.
• Community Connection: Actively engage with members on the gym floor, encourage involvement in the recovery corner, and build strong, lasting relationships.
• Operational Standards: Arrive early and fully prepared for all client appointments, manage scheduling efficiently, and maintain a pristine, safe, and welcoming recovery environment.

What You Bring

• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of private training techniques, fitness assessments, and specialized sports recovery programming.
• Energy & Drive: A friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a passion for helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve optimal performance.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly educate members on recovery science and the benefits of proper supplementation.
• Professionalism: High accountability, strong organizational skills, and punctuality for all scheduled shifts and client sessions.

Requirements & Certifications

• Must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Physical Therapist (PT), or possess equivalent certified experience with advanced recovery modalities.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Current dotFIT certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding).

Why Join the Team?

• Free Membership Perks: Complimentary access to all our premier fitness facilities.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work hours tailored to fit your personal and professional commitments.
• Certification Support: Access to free or discounted recertification (NASM, ACE, ISSA) to maintain and upgrade your professional credentials.
• Business Growth: Leverage our large member network and database to rapidly expand your client base and grow your business.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Access to a competitive compensation package including a base salary, performance bonuses, premium health/dental/vision coverage, and ongoing in-house training workshops.
