Qualifications Demonstrated success scaling multiple Meta ad accounts from $1M to $5-10M+ in monthly spend, ideally having done this 2–3 times across different verticals or business types. We’re looking for someone who has not only managed large budgets but has also grown accounts to that scale, showing a deep understanding of performance optimization and efficient scaling. 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts. Expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including geo and incrementality testing and MMM, with a track record of using these methods to guide budget allocation and strategic decisions. Deep understanding of Meta auction dynamics, optimization levers, and account structure — including how creative, targeting, and conversion signals influence CPMs, CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting performance data to inform testing and strategy. Master’s Social Worker (LLMSW and LMSW) POSITION SUMMARY: Under the leadership of the Social Work Manager, the Master’s Social Worker (MSW) works independently to assess the needs of, coordinate, and deliver social services for participants and families/caregivers. Job Summary This position provides professional support and solves straightforward problems in chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses (particularly hematology/oncology). Services include individual and group psychotherapy, advising family caregivers, providing patient education and counseling, and making referrals for other services. Responsibilities Clinical experience in providing evidence-based psychotherapy with adolescents and young adults (up to age 39). Conducts clinical diagnostic evaluation and assessment of patients, including urgent-care/crisis evaluations. Provides goal-focused, evidence-based, time-limited individual and group psychotherapy. Maintains timely and complete electronic documentation as appropriate. Exercises discretion and confidentiality while handling sensitive situations. About the Role

We’ve built something rare on Meta at Scribe. In the last year, we’ve 4X’d our spend and turned Meta into a high-performing growth engine and now we’re looking for someone to take it even further. If you’ve scaled large Meta accounts to $10M+ per month and are looking for the kind of account that challenges and excites you — this is it.

This role is all about unlocking new levels of scale and efficiency on Meta. You’ll be running high-impact experiments with the freedom to test bold, unconventional strategies. We take a scientific, data-driven approach to everything we do and we’re looking for someone who brings both rigor and creativity. You’ll apply your insights to a unique product with deep product-market fit and strong user love — the kind of momentum that makes performance marketing more effective and a lot more fun.

You’ll be joining a team that moves fast, thinks deeply, and cares about doing great work. You’ll collaborate closely with top-tier creative partners and experienced growth operators to keep leveling up one of our most important acquisition engines. You’ll report to the Head of Paid Digital Advertising and can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S.

What you’ll do

  • Own and operate large-scale Meta ad campaigns to drive efficient growth and and maximize new customer acquisition

  • Leverage your deep Meta expertise to launch bold experiments and contribute unconventional, high-impact ideas that push boundaries and drive breakthrough performance

  • Partner closely with our in-house creative team to make data-informed decisions about what to produce, scale, or retire

  • Proactively manage spend allocation and pacing based on performance data to maximize impact, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement

  • You’ve scaled large Meta accounts spending $5M+ per month. You were the directly responsible individual for performance at this level across multiple accounts, with ownership over strategy, execution, and results. Bonus points if you’ve done this in both SaaS and D2C.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success scaling multiple Meta ad accounts from $1M to $5-10M+ in monthly spend, ideally having done this 2–3 times across different verticals or business types. We’re looking for someone who has not only managed large budgets but has also grown accounts to that scale, showing a deep understanding of performance optimization and efficient scaling.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts.

  • Expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including geo and incrementality testing and MMM, with a track record of using these methods to guide budget allocation and strategic decisions.

  • Deep understanding of Meta auction dynamics, optimization levers, and account structure — including how creative, targeting, and conversion signals influence CPMs, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.

  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting performance data to inform testing and strategy.

Compensation

$125k - 185k base + Equity + Benefits.

Compensation will be determined based on a candidates level of experience and location.
