Overview:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Internet Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, public relations, along with excellent communication skills. You will also be expected to respond to inquires.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer inquiries using social listening techniques.
- Create compelling content including graphics, photography, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to maintain high-quality standards before publication.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce.
- Keeping inventory photos current on website
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to gauge audience sentiment.
- Strong public relations skills with the ability to manage brand reputation online.
- Proficiency in photography and video editing software for content creation.
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
