Gathers and organizes required documentation such as invoices, proof of deliveries, and waivers. Utilizes MS Excel and Access for customer account research, statement creation, and account reconciliation.   • Supports the Shared Services Team with assigned project work and collections calls.
  • Gathers and organizes required documentation such as invoices, proof of deliveries, and waivers.
  • Utilizes MS Excel and Access for customer account research, statement creation, and account reconciliation.
  • Utilizes customer or 3rd party web portals for research and resolution of past due invoices and deductions.
  • Researches unapplied cash and credits and reconciles with customer invoices or deductions.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field.
  • Holds a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Suite - including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
