You're hungry to learn, curious about platform trends, and motivated to help others succeed. What Winning Looks Like: Watch long-form show episodes and identify key moments that can become shorts, reels, or clips that drive discovery and engagement. Partner with producers and brand leaders to plan and execute platform-specific content strategies. Use YouTube Studio, Spotify for Creators, and social analytics tools to track performance and optimize content. Write engaging titles, descriptions, and metadata that help people find and share our content. Upload and manage content schedules across YouTube and other platforms with accuracy and consistency. Research competitors and industry trends to bring new ideas to the table. Present insights and recommendations in content and strategy meetings to drive continuous improvement.
