Department ACS-CHS Grants Funded Job Summary Under general supervision, the Behavioral Health Provider (BHP) provides integrated behavioral health as a key member of the care team in various settings. The BHP abides by guidelines and expectations specific to the setting in which they provide patient care. Services will be provided in an Ambulatory Care Services (ACS) clinic or a school-based center with a focus on therapeutic interventions across the lifespan.
