Requirements · Education: Master's degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited institution. · Licensure: Active and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in West Virginia. · Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical social work, with a focus on mental health therapy. · Preferred Qualifications: · Experience working with diverse populations and in various settings, including community mental health. · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. · Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
