Signs freight bill or shipping documents, enter quantity received and forward to receiving personnel for preparation of receiving report. Follows established procedures for when and how to report overages, shortages, improper conditions or damaged shipments. Initiates appropriate corrective action and completes necessary documentation of the receiving issues. Wraps, packages, and ships supplies, equipment and other material. Handles, documents and ships hazardous material. Assures that compliance is met with the Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) procedures by following instructions on proper handling to ensure safety handling. Assures that the correct MSDS sheets are included with shipments. Selects proper storage areas for particular items, assembles shelving, stores, and stacks and pelletize items in consideration of their use, size, shape, quantity and possibility of contamination to or from other items Ensures all internal documentation has been completed before items are released for delivery. Dispatches and delivers materials and/or equipment to customers in a timely and accurate manner Assembles and segregates merchandise (cabinets, shelves, furniture etc.) for delivery and prepares appropriate documentation. Delivers and retrieves equipment, furniture, supplies and files to and from work or storage areas. Assists in equipment/supply inventories, transport of equipment, moving/storage of equipment. Manages and maintains the disposition of property. Assists in the inventory of records and shipment of records to the off-site storage facility. Observes warehouse safety and fire prevention regulations. Ensures warehouse and property storage areas are kept tidy, safe and secure at all times. Repairs and manages warranty claims as required. Participates in continuous quality improvement projects. Responsible for inspecting, categorizing, verifying, certifying and processing all in and outbound FDIHB mail. Processes mail in accordance with current postal regulations utilizing postal equipment. Processes parcels to be shipped. Maintains records, files, logs and maintains various reports. Ensures that postage funds are uploading into the mail machine in a timely manner. Coordinate the billing activities with Manager and Receiving Specialist. Maintains the hospital mail room. Unloads and packs trucks and courier vans as required Delivers and sets up equipment; tables and chairs for hospital related events. Performs analysis of existing furniture as to condition and suitability for renovation and relocations. Assists departments with research and selection of furniture, design layouts and procurement as required for new construction and/or renovation projects. Coordinates delivery and if necessary assembly of furniture. Applies knowledge, analysis and management of office moves. Ensures furniture and move services are provided within allotted time frame of the project. Coordinates moves and renovations with other departments i.e. Facilities, Safety, etc. Responsible for coordinating delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment items. Ensures customer satisfaction is maintained by providing logistical services. Performs other duties as assigned. Pay Range : $22.14-$26.00 per hour Summary Description: Reporting to the Department Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely loading/unloading of products or materials to/from carrier trailers, coordinating yard movements, managing external transfers, maintaining an efficient shipping/receiving schedule and entering information on incoming & outgoing goods and services into the manufacturing computer system. Depending on site needs, the Warehouse Coordinator may handle any combination of receiving, shipping, scheduling & dispatching or focus exclusively on one of these functions. Essential Job Functions: Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas (including but not limited to hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, appropriate safety gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts). Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies (ex. SQF). Checks in carrier drivers, assigns dock door, dispatch and coordinate yard trailer moves. Perform daily cycle counts and recounts on raw materials as directed, or work with Inventory Control personnel as needed by site. Review documentation for completeness of deliveries and ensure that any short or inaccurate deliveries are documented and followed up. Inform management of all discrepancies in inventories for raw materials. Ship lab samples or other packages as required (nationally/internationally) via Courier Service Perform daily checks on seals, locks, and potential damage on both loaded and unloaded trailers, focusing on gathering information provided by forklift drivers as well as carrier drivers. Releases carrier drivers after loading or unloading is complete. Report any driver issues as need. Monitors shipments, coordinates deliveries, issues shipping instructions, traces and expedites shipments. Verify order has been completed by forklift operator prior to producing all required paperwork upon load completion. Coordinate product transport between internal warehouses or to offsite/3rd party warehouses. Verify pallet counts and type (Peco, Chep, GMA) and adjust counts in SAP if needed. Reconcile invoices to purchase orders in SAP Open Text. Keep receiving docks and raw material storage areas clean and free of debris. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Track and communicate door service status; work with Manager/Maintenance to schedule repairs Assist with dispatching and billing duties, as needed. The Line Cook is responsible for preparation of food items for service in a high-volume restaurant

What You’ll Do: 

  • Organize and prioritize preparation of food items 

  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes 

  • Ensure proper size and weight of food portions 

  • Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen staff 

  • Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift 

  • Follow standard recipes regarding presentation of food items 

  • Prepare plate presentation pursuant to standard recipes 

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and walk-in cooler 

  • Ensure that kitchen area, including grill, oven, stoves, etc. remain clean and free of hazards during shift 

  • Keep floor clean and free of food items, trash, or other obstacles 

  • Maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards 

  • Prepare kitchen equipment and set up station for shift 

  • Ensure proper rotation of all food items, including the lifting/moving of food bins weighing up to 150 lbs. 

  • Perform all opening and closing duties 

  • Sanitation and Safety compliance
