Restaurant Jobs 2026 (Now Hiring) – Smart Auto Apply

As a Restaurant Server at Mohican Lodge in Perrysville, OH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in the restaurant. This full-time or part-time individual contributor position allows you to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. This role offers a competitive compensation package of $5.50 per hour plus tips, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders, and accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
• Answer any questions or concerns guests may have about the menu or their dining experience
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any needs or requests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
• Process guest payments and accurately balance cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room before and after shifts
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and escalate to management as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
