Job Description: The eCommerce Associate role within the Distribution Center (“DC”) at OSJL ensures timely, accurate, and efficient processing of customer outbound and return orders within the OSJL's DC. This role also supports inventory control activities like cycle counting and bin moves using a radio frequency (“RF”) scanner, adhering to established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities: Picking, sorting, and packing: Physically select customer orders (i.e., zone, reserve, and split reserve), consolidate orders onto pallets, and pack merchandise into appropriate boxes or bags. Ensure all goods are scanned to the order and staged by store for on-time delivery. Maintain and track customer order and in-store dates to ensure customer orders are received in a timely fashion. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately complete and submit daily productivity sheet. Pick zone, reserve, reserve splits, run, wrap and consolidate skids. Operate Stockpicker and Pallet Jack. Properly build shippable pallets of merchandise. Transport pallets of merchandise to shipping and wrap machine. Sort merchandise and pack into boxes. As a Restaurant Shift Lead your responsibilities would include (responsibilities would vary depending on Front of House or Back of House):
