  • Handles and coordinates all of the takeout orders for the restaurant
  • Logs all lost and found items in the “Guest Lost and Found Tracking Log” in accordance with Din Tai Fung’s Guest Lost and Found Tracking SOP 
  • Cleans, organizes and maintains the Cashier area and all adjacent areas
  • Performs Cashier Side Work, including but not limited to cleaning menus, wiping windows, sweeping, and taking out trash
  • Labels all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
  • Attends monthly staff meetings and Cashier meetings

Supporting Functions:
  • Maintains a cheerful, friendly and welcoming demeanor to all guests and co-workers
  • Keeps all Front of House areas clean, organized and sanitized 
  • Lifts/moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables (up to 50 pounds) 
  • Assists with regular deep cleaning of the restaurant
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding all propriety information, including but not limited to recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP’s”).
