What you'll do

You're the "big cheese" on shift!

• Serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery, and supervise the shift.
• Ensure high food and service standards, thorough shift checklist completion, tip payouts, and well-assigned staffing.
• Support new staff training.
• Implement any new programs, policies, or products.
• Restock supplies and keep the restaurant clean.
• Work with a supportive, fun team (laughter required!).

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service is required.
• Past supervisory or Shift Leader experience is a plus!
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
• Must be 18+ (16-17 for Front of House at Story Hill).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
• English language proficiency is needed.

Shift Leader Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

• Our restaurants are open 7 days week. Please check our website for specific location hours.
• Shift Leader shifts typically start 1-2 hours before restaurant opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing.
• Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
• Late-night shift (5pm/10pm-4am) once per week required at East Side and Downtown locations.
• Part-time (15-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.
