Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and courteously. Order Management: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared according to guest specifications and delivered promptly. Monitor and manage the flow of orders to ensure timely service. Check with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer any additional assistance as needed. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables. Assist with restocking supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and condiments. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a sanitary environment. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff to provide seamless service to guests. Support fellow team members during busy shifts, sharing responsibilities as needed. Sales & Promotions: Inform guests about daily specials, new menu items, and promotions. Encourage upselling of food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience. Requirements Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role, ideally within a restaurant setting. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must be flexible with hours and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to move quickly between tables and the kitchen during busy periods. Ability to bend, lift, and reach to complete various tasks.
