What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service
• Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management
• Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture
• Partner with colleagues, management, and vendors to promote team success
• Ensure consistency in food specs, quality, and execution

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities
• Experience with chain restaurants strongly preferred
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
