Cook experience required, however while little experience is required for a basic, cook position, the more experience a candidate has, the more skills and talents they will offer. Beginning in food preparation or as a helper to learn the basics of cooking, then advancing to become a second position cook or line becoming a full cook.

Job type:  Full or Part-Time

Compensation Range: $18 to $20/hour - depending on experience.

About Baylands Golf Links Café:

We are full-service Café catering to golfers and the general public.  In addition, we also conduct banquet events from 25 to 100 people.

Objectives:
  • Basic knife skills
  • Food prep including chopping, slices of veggies and deli meats
  • Keeping the kitchen clean & orderly
  • Follow food health and safety guidelines (Food Handlers Card is a must)
  • Cook, clean and help other cooks
  • Make adjustments based on customer request
  • Producing meals and cleaning their workplace throughout the day
  • Cooks follows recipes consistently
