Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs to restore them to pre-accident condition.
• Prepare detailed damage reports efficiently and accurately.
• Calculate costs for replacement parts and labor.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleets, manufacturers, and customers.
• Obtain signatures, process paperwork, and ensure accurate computer entries according to company standards.
• Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicle repairs.
• Manage and prioritize a well-organized workload.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive body shop estimating, collision center estimating, insurance adjusting, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Experience working with insurance companies is preferred.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with minimal points.
