The Novella ambulatory specialty infusion centers, a recent addition to the business as of 2021, allow for the business to contract directly with payers and are a major lever for future growth. Since its inception, Novella has scaled to operate over 30 clinics in the New England region. Having grown in size and revenue to over $150M, OI Infusion has identified an exciting growth opportunity in the infusion space. The business is uniquely positioned to scale with the Novella business and is confident in the potential for the ambulatory specialty infusion centers to drive revenue growth over the next few years. About the Role Results-driven FP&A Manager with SQL expertise and strong automation skills. Experienced in transforming raw financial and operational data into actionable insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and streamlining forecasting and budgeting processes. Adept at bridging finance and data analytics to drive faster, smarter decision-making. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for financial systems, data structures, and reporting tools. Design and maintain automated financial reporting solutions, reducing manual report preparation Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation and best practices. Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP and BI tools). Partner with FP&A leadership to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with data-driven insights. Implement workflow automation and database queries to improve accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting. Develop and maintain a clear understanding of GAAP accounting principles to ensure accuracy across reports and forecasts. Act as a subject matter expert on financial systems, ensuring smooth integration between finance and operations. Deliver executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting with real-time insights for leadership Serve as a mentor and informal leader to junior analysts or cross-functional collaborators. Required Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate accounting (healthcare experience a plus). ​​​​​Strong understanding of GAAP accounting, including revenue recognition, accruals, and cost allocations. Financial modeling & forecasting Advanced Excel modeling skills and comfort with complex formulas and structures. Hands-on experience with Looker (preferred, or PowerBI) for dashboard creation and performance tracking. QL (advanced queries, stored procedures, joins, optimization BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Process Automation (Power Query, VBA, Python/R) Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and integration of financial data into reporting tools. Exposure to scripting or workflow automation tools (e.g., Python, Alteryx) is a plus. Prior experience working in high-growth, tech-forward, or data-intensive companies. Comfortable operating in a remote and asynchronous team environment. What Success Looks Like Accurate, timely, and automated financial reporting delivered with confidence and clarity. Das erwartet Dich 

  • Du übernimmst die Kalkulation, Produktion und das Controlling von verschiedenen Projekten in den Bereichen CGI & Motion Design, Interactive und Postproduction. 
  • Für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle aller produktionsrelevanten Aktivitäten bist du verantwortlich. 
  • Du übernimmst die organisatorische, fachliche, qualitative und finanzielle Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte, einschließlich internationaler Teams, lokal und remote. 
  • Du übernimmst die Kundenberatung sowie den Aufbau und die Pflege vertrauensvoller Beziehungen. 
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt die Vorbereitung von Präsentationen sowie das eigenständige Präsentieren von Projekten bei Kunden. 
  • Die Rekrutierung und Koordination von Freelancern, externen Dienstleistern und Kooperationspartnern obliegen dir. 
  • Du gestaltest die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Projektperformance, die Du regelmäßig reportest. 
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten, sowie das Anleiten eines interdisziplinären Teams, liegen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. 

Das bringst Du mit 

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. im Bereich Film, Medien, Medienwirtschaft, Kommunikationsdesign) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. 
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Producer in Filmproduktionen, Agenturen und/oder Postproduktionshäusern. 
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und -beratung sowie in der Koordination komplexer Projekte und Kampagnen. 
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Automotive Know-How, Begeisterung und Interesse 
  • Ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln zeichnen dich aus. 
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Bewegtbild (CGI, Virtual Productions, Interactive & Live Communication etc.) bringst Du bereits mit.  
  • Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich digitale Trends, beschäftigst dich mit Zukunftsthemen (AI) und hast ein ausgeprägtes Markenverständnis. 
  • Dich zeichnen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus.  
  • Du hast Spaß an Kommunikation und Teamarbeit. 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift bringst du mit.
