What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations of a busy, high-performing collision center

• Build strong relationships with customers, insurance partners, fleets, and manufacturers

• Conduct and review vehicle damage estimates to ensure quality and accuracy

• Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and cost control to maximize efficiency

• Coach, support, and develop your team for long-term growth and success

• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and shop performance standards are consistently met

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a collision center or auto body shop (required)

• Prior experience with estimating and working with insurance adjusters (required)

• In-depth understanding of the collision repair process

• Proven ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines under pressure

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in estimating and shop management software (preferred)

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• High School diploma or GED required
