You will also assist with the preparation of the Project Performance Agreement (PPA). You will help with the project procurement process including, interview preparation, staff planning, scheduling, and interview process. You will manage and develop the Project Assistants and Project Engineer(s). Review safety requirements in pre-installation planning sessions and obtain acknowledgement by sub(s) to ensure they follow our guidelines. You will also conduct site safety inspections. Qualifications: B.S. degree in Construction technology, Engineering or other related discipline and 3-7 years relevant experience. Experience in construction project management with contract values of $5 million and up. Experience in multiple disciplines including, project management, estimating, preconstruction services, and construction management. Experience in the sales and marketing process including making presentations to potential customers. OSHA 10 Hour Certification OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR is preferred Ability to travel and work additional hours when needed to meet business plan goals. Physical Requirements In a normal day, this position requires little to no standing or walking. In a normal day, the employee must be able to sit for 7+ hours.  In a normal day, the employee must be able to drive 1-4 hours. This clinician will provide in-person direct services and progress reports for a blended caseload of K-5 students. As the dedicated SLP, you’ll be an essential part of the team, working closely with students, families, and educators to provide quality speech and language services.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $50,220 - $71,890 (based on qualifications and experience).

Job Description:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a partner school for elementary school students. We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for providing speech, language, and communication services to address communication disorders.  

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-quality direct speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills
  • Use professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisions
  • Create a learning environment characterized by effective and efficient process management strategies (procedures, instructional groups, transition materials)
  • Develop treatment plans, in conjunction with instructional staff, that are strength-based, as well as child and family-centered for overall educational improvement
  • Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines
  • Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements:

  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with all ages
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation
