What you will do: The key role of this position is that of an individual contributor who has a reputation as an expert in the rental power market, who will have the sole responsibility of selling rental power related products, aftermarket sales, and related supporting services for their designated coverage territory. Our Fleet Coordinator is responsible for carrying out multiple administrative tasks which keep the fleet department running efficiently and in compliance with company, State, and Federal rules and regulations

What You'll Do

  • Provide oversight and maintenance of Driver Qualification Files
  • Maintain driver records with regards to certifications, renewals, medical certifications, and other applicable records prior to any expirations
  • Process termination records in a timely manner and to required standards and protocols
  • Provide oversight and handle all DOT Violations
  • Manage administration of fuel cards
  • Process new equipment, PMs and repair invoices
  • Responsible for monthly DOT reporting, DQ file compliance and Geotab administration
  • Perform other duties as requested by leadership
