Daily loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery to customers and/or other Sales Centers. Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager. Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders. Responsible for daily checklist of truck maintenance and reporting in/out times with merchandise returns. Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to management. Participate in regular safety training sessions and drills. Ensure proper handling and storage of all products to prevent accidents and injuries. Follow all guidelines for the safe operation of the truck and other warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean and organized truck and workspace to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure all loading and unloading activities are conducted safely, using proper techniques and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1-year truck driving experience. Box Truck delivery experience Must possess a clean driving record with no restrictions, suspensions, or DUI convictions in the past 3 years. Must have a current DOT Physical card prior to employment. Must be able to pass DOT physical examination requirements. CDL license is highly desirable. Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift, is a plus. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service. Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn and grow with the Company. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver’s License. The right person is likely to have been working in a customer-facing environment and has a history of dealing with customers, answering questions on the phone and in person, and turning inquiries and leads into happy customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a busy front desk and waiting room experience, meeting and greeting our patients, answering the phone, converting inquiries into paying patients or clients and ensuring that all of our customers are looked after and made to feel welcomed whenever they enter your world.

Ultimately, your job is to help us grow the revenue of the clinic by booking in new patients who inquire about our services online, over the phone or in person and excelling at retaining those patients as lifelong customers of the business. You will do that by creating the type of customer service experience that people will be happy to pay for and just as happy to tell others about. 

Tasks:

  • Communicate the value of our service (in person and over the phone) and be able to explain how what we do is worth the price we are asking
  • Hold a lengthy (at least 15-20 minute) conversation with new patients/ prospects over the phone, ensuring patients are committed and bought into our service
  • Successfully handle price objections
  • Provide an exceptional waiting room environment for our patients, one that they’ll look forward to coming back to
  • Ensure people show up excited for their first appointment after scheduling
  • Communicate with patients before, during and after appointments in order to ensure that satisfaction is being achieved
  • Organize and plan all schedules – maximizing efficiency and revenue for the clinic as well as ensuring patient's and clients stick to their recommended frequency of care
  • Foster deep relationships with patients
  • Call insurance companies to verify benefits and assist with attaining additional authorizations as needed
  • Perform clerical tasks that keep workflow organized and efficient. 

Skills:

  • Be able to hold meaningful conversations with prospective patients on the phone for longer than 15 minutes 
  • Be able to answer all questions asked on the phone in such a way that increases the likelihood that the person asking, will want to become a customer
