Responsibilities: Prepares the interior or exterior surface of the tank or hopper car for coating or lining by removing rust, weld slag, scale or other foreign contaminants by directing shot laden compressed air from hand held blast nozzles. Uses safety approved air gun to remove grit and dust after blasting. Removes all protective car coverings, blows trucks and other car parts clean and inspects the car to ensure that it has not been damaged Removes all weld spatter, laminations, and sharp edges from inside tank/hopper cars by grinding. Grinds girth weld level on floor when required. Vacuums complete interior of tank/hopper car. Foils and tapes all stainless steel inside tank car as required. Maintains equipment and replenishes the shot supply. Selects coatings following work specifications and prepares equipment for spraying. Masks off components such as valves, trucks, couplers, or areas of the surface not to be sprayed. Mixes coatings according to specifications and applies the coating to install or repair a section of a coating using airless spray equipment. This may be to an exterior or interior of a tank or hopper car. Cleans and maintains spraying equipment. After tank or hopper car is coated, they apply piping prior to starting the bake procedure. They also turn on the blower for a specified period of time before introducing the temperature input. Monitors the bake temperature per specifications until the intermediate bake or final bake has been completed. Maintains and stores a record of the baking operations. Applies decals as required to the tank or hopper car exterior. Cleans completed interior coating prior to final inspection. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner and reports potential hazards. Requirements: Must be authorized to work in US now and in future without sponsorship. Must be able to do either one of the following: provide proof of High School education or GED. Demonstrate job related computational knowledge - for example, be able to read a gauge, a decal blueprint, or a ruler. Must have good manual dexterity to operate equipment. Comfortable with confined entry and ability to fit inside 18-20" diameter Must be able to perform a FIT Test and wear a respirator Must be able to pass company physical exam, drug screening and background check Environmental Conditions Moderate to heavy lifting. Your Everyday Greet patients, guests and family members both on phone or in person, and schedule patients for services with appropriate provider, location and time. Analyze current patient information to determine or create an account for all patients who present for services, including walk-in, non-scheduled, and emergency services or activate scheduled accounts that have already been set up. Register patients by entering accurate demographic, financial class, insurance information and revise errors. Initiate bed placement, reservation, transfer, and/or discharge based on requests from clinical providers, case management, etc. Assist patients with understanding their financial obligations, setting up payment arrangements, completing financial assistance applications, coordinating care with the providers, securing grants/resources with external sources (Drug Therapy Reimbursement) and when necessary, makes appropriate referrals to Parish Medicaid, Medicaid, or Emergency Medicaid. Complete registration and admissions process and ensure all required forms are completed and other paperwork / documents are gathered and accurate Request and document patient demographic, insurance, guarantor, MSP, and PCP/Referring Physician information, validate against current system, and ensure patient/guarantor sign all applicable documentation, such as consents and financial assistance loan application. Scan ID, insurance cards, orders, authorization information, etc. to patient's account once the information is validated for accuracy. Perform insurance verification by running automated eligibility response at point-of-service to ensure active coverage and completing notification of admission with insurance company within established timeframe. Contact case management and/or provider to assist with appropriate department placement for clinical services. Inform patient/guarantor of liability due, including prior balances and estimates for scheduled service, and collect payment if possible or refer to financial counseling as needed. Maximize point-of-service collection, meeting established registration collection goals. Provide directions to applicable areas of interest, such as the department where service will be provided, financial counselor, cafeteria, waiting rooms, restrooms, and parking area. Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients as needed, identifying open time slots and educating patient/guardian about available options for services. Responsibilities:

  • Prepares the interior or exterior surface of the tank or hopper car for coating or lining by removing rust, weld slag, scale or other foreign contaminants by directing shot laden compressed air from hand held blast nozzles.
  • Uses safety approved air gun to remove grit and dust after blasting. Removes all protective car coverings, blows trucks and other car parts clean and inspects the car to ensure that it has not been damaged
  • Removes all weld spatter, laminations, and sharp edges from inside tank/hopper cars by grinding. Grinds girth weld level on floor when required.
  • Vacuums complete interior of tank/hopper car. Foils and tapes all stainless steel inside tank car as required.
  • Maintains equipment and replenishes the shot supply.
  • Selects coatings following work specifications and prepares equipment for spraying.
  • Masks off components such as valves, trucks, couplers, or areas of the surface not to be sprayed.
  • Mixes coatings according to specifications and applies the coating to install or repair a section of a coating using airless spray equipment. This may be to an exterior or interior of a tank or hopper car.
  • Cleans and maintains spraying equipment.
  • After tank or hopper car is coated, they apply piping prior to starting the bake procedure. They also turn on the blower for a specified period of time before introducing the temperature input.
  • Monitors the bake temperature per specifications until the intermediate bake or final bake has been completed.
  • Maintains and stores a record of the baking operations.
  • Applies decals as required to the tank or hopper car exterior.
  • Cleans completed interior coating prior to final inspection.
  • Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner and reports potential hazards.

Requirements:

  • Must be authorized to work in US now and in future without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to do either one of the following: provide proof of High School education or GED.
  • Demonstrate job related computational knowledge - for example, be able to read a gauge, a decal blueprint, or a ruler.
  • Must have good manual dexterity to operate equipment.
  • Comfortable with confined entry and ability to fit inside 18-20" diameter
  • Must be able to perform a FIT Test and wear a respirator
  • Must be able to pass company physical exam, drug screening and background check

Environmental Conditions

  • Moderate to heavy lifting.
  • Climbing, ascending, or descending ladders.
  • Lifting and carrying of tools and equipment up to 60-65 lbs.
  • Inside and outside work in varies weather conditions.
  • Working at heights as well as confined space.
