Syngenta's Maintenance team is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Co-op in St. Gabriel, LA. The co-op engineering student program is a continuous full-time position. This 30+ year program is open to Mechanical Engineering students who will get to work in the demanding world of chemical facility maintenance. As a Coop Engineer at Syngenta, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, and work on real projects finding real solutions. Perform equipment studies for reliability engineering.
Create sketches and part drawings for fabrication.
Develop testing and feasibility studies using fundamental engineering principles.
Scope and execute small capital projects.
Develop equipment repair procedures and check sheets.
