This position involves delivering high-quality, compassionate medical care and treatment services related to pregnancy, reproductive health, and overall female wellness. The Physician will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patient population receives effective and efficient healthcare services. Provide high quality care for OB patients by accurately managing their pregnancy and any needs during the postpartum period Provide high quality care for GYN patients which includes accurately diagnosing and treating patients who present with acute gynecological issues Maintain appropriate documentation within the electronic medical record system in accordance with Aizer's policies Provide support and high-quality care for laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital, based on the on-call schedule Provide and maintain effective supervisory responsibility, as may be required, for ancillary health care staff within the department including, but not limited to, midwives, physician assistants, nursing staff and medical assistants. Position Summary The Commercial Processor reviews loan packages and prepares loan documentation based upon information submitted from front line lending staff. Understand and recognize when exceptions to bank policy and procedures are present.\ Prepare loan documents based upon approval and ensure all regulatory and state requirements have been met. Order appraisal, evaluations, and validity checks. Order and review title work. Pull flood determinations, get flood notice signed if applicable, request insurance and send insurance to be reviewed. Communicate with customers to gather documentation, process the loan, and fund the loan. Communicate with all departments within the bank if need to process the loan. Coordinate loan closings. Fund loan proceeds by wire or check. Stack loan package to prepare for booking. Complete GL entries prior to loan being booked. Lead the region's loan renewal efforts by monitoring the future maturity list, contacting customers, and coordinating the renewal process with the Commercial Lenders. Assist in working past dues and loan exceptions such as financial, collateral, or covenant exceptions. Review all signed loan documents for all signatures required by borrower and lender. Interact with lenders and assistants to provide exceptional customer service. Complete any training provided by the bank. Adhere to BSA/AML policy and all other bank policies. Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisor. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial bank or other financial institution working in a loan production environment or other position related to loans, preferred. Knowledge of commercial lending, real estate, loan documentation, lien documentation, as well as state and federal compliance and lending regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, efficiently and innovatively as part of a team. Must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and conflicting deadlines. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Laser Pro preferred. 52x 24-hour calls in the hospital annually (one per week)

Position Overview:

  • The Physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology is a key clinical role within the Women's Health department at Aizer Health.
  • This position involves delivering high-quality, compassionate medical care and treatment services related to pregnancy, reproductive health, and overall female wellness.
  • The Physician will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our patient population receives effective and efficient healthcare services.
  • Provide high quality care for OB patients by accurately managing their pregnancy and any needs during the postpartum period
  • Provide high quality care for GYN patients which includes accurately diagnosing and treating patients who present with acute gynecological issues
  • Maintain appropriate documentation within the electronic medical record system in accordance with Aizer's policies
  • Provide support and high-quality care for laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital, based on the on-call schedule
  • Provide and maintain effective supervisory responsibility, as may be required, for ancillary health care staff within the department including, but not limited to, midwives, physician assistants, nursing staff and medical assistants.
  • Perform surgical procedures, when necessary for patient care

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Current New York State medical license and DEA license.
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
