Your expertise will help monitor patient vitals, administer medications, provide patient education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. You will practice independently, making informed decisions aligned with ANA standards, and delegate tasks appropriately to maintain efficient workflow. Your role is critical in providing compassionate, evidence-based care that caters to each patient's unique needs.Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical competency
• Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety awareness
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience specifically in cardiac or telemetry units
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Additional certifications such as CCRN or specialty-specific credentials
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown units

Other Requirements:

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, DAYS
• Every other weekend commitment
• Temp-to-perm opportunity — potential for permanent placement
• Must attend a comprehensive orientation within the first 30 days of hire
• Valid certifications, licenses, and successful onboarding are essential for compliance and success in this role
