Your job will be to provide safe foundation for strong infrastructure. Detailed Description The Tech III position at Netsync is an essential leadership role focused primarily on the installation of network hardware infrastructure across educational and professional environments. This is a hands-on installation-focused role that supports day-to-day oversight of field technicians and ensures the successful execution of all project deliverables. Candidates must possess strong field experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of structured cabling and network equipment installations. The selected candidate will serve as the on-site technical lead, overseeing and facilitating all aspects of network installation. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards across all deployments, while also acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters. The role includes mentorship from Supervisor III and Area Supervisors and is designed for seasoned professionals ready to advance into higher-level leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Lead ENG-TECH I/II technicians in the field, ensuring consistent compliance with Netsync quality standards , safety procedures, and best installation practices. Serve as an on-site lead for high-visibility and complex network installation projects, including structured cabling, switch/AP/phone/UPS deployments. Act as the main point of contact (POC) for a multi-year project supporting a major hospital district in Louisiana . Conduct network assessments and produce thorough documentation of client MDF/IDF environments. Support associate project coordinators in driving project schedules, materials, and deliverables to completion. Monitor team progress, escalate issues as needed, and ensure technicians are completing accurate documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal tools . Participate in regular QC checks and audits of technician work to maintain a high level of service. Troubleshooting: Able to tone out cables, troubleshoot ports, and restore appropriate devices online. The Resaw Operator plays a critical role in manufacturing hardwood lumber and ensuring product quality and safety. Responsibilities Operate the head saw to prepare logs for a variety of resawing tasks. Determine the optimal position of logs on the carriage to maximize output and grade recovery. Understand the operation of resaw equipment and related machinery. Perform startups, shutdowns, inspections, and routine maintenance. Respond to equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure safe and efficient operation at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous hardwood sawmill experience preferred. Knowledge of NHLA lumber grades is a plus. Must understand sawmill manufacturing operations and safety protocols. Strong working knowledge of lumber grades and sorting Ability to control and enter information into production equipment. Must be able to work independently and follow multi-tasking procedures. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to monitor and maintain production standards. Reliable attendance and excellent work ethic required.
