Requirements

Responsibilities 

• Receive & deliver on customer requests (Both phone & in person) 
• Effectively understand customer requests
• Clearly communicate promise times
• Help manage the daily schedule
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer customer questions about their service requests & needs
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
