Provide coaching and guidance to volunteer recruitment teams (paid and volunteers), and foster a culture of volunteerism that supports recruitment strategies. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to leverage existing or develop new recruitment materials. Create presentations to ensure maximum effectiveness for online and in-person targeted recruitment efforts. Maintain accurate records of all potential and actual volunteer leads through the appropriate tools. Produce status reports as directed. Support volunteer programs and services to meet established goals and objectives. May assist in scheduling and coordinating volunteer orientations, placements, meetings and events. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
