Work you'll be responsible for: Responsible for research and analysis of various federal income tax issues, including partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, timing issues and accounting methods, digital assets, and other matters Assist with M&A tax structuring and internal restructuring Draft emails and memos Draft Firm-wide alerts on current developments in federal income tax Assist with Firm-wide trainings in federal income tax Assist with Federal domestic tax due diligence in connection with M&A transactions Basic Qualifications: 4 + years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred) J.D. and Tax LL.M.
