This role is responsible for pulling, routing, and staging low-voltage cabling (fiber and copper) throughout large-scale data center facilities under the direction of Leads and Foremen. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required, but familiarity with construction or low-voltage environments is a plus. In this role you will… Actively manage the budget on each project and develop scenarios which enable the budget to be achieved. Determine approaches that will enable the project to be completed under budget. Review the budget at least once a month to determine if variances are accurate and update estimate accordingly. Consult with COO, VP of Operations, Business Development and preform estimating services during the Pre-Bid Phase in order to remain current on activities. If assigned project, coordinate with referenced departments to study and monitor plans thoroughly prior to submission of proposal, update estimating of design deficiencies, alternates, staffing and equipment requirements. Attend Owner/Architect pre-bid, project and closeout meetings, Solicit subcontractors and suppliers for proposal prior to proposal submission time. Review/ negotiate contract with Owner and VP of Operations and prepare contract for signature. Prepare correspondence with Owner, Architect, Engineers, Subcontractors, Suppliers, etc. Examples of referenced correspondence include but not confined to the following items: Schedule of Values, project schedule, memos, request for information, transmittals and submittals. Submit building permit application, follow-up on review progress and receive upon approval. Submit Check Request to Finance for associated fees according to Check Request procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other specialists as required, and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care Communicate with physicians about changes in the patient's status, symptomatology, and results of diagnostic studies Able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment Maintain awareness of current policies and procedures that impact position responsibilities Demonstrate current comprehensive and professional knowledge and skills in conformance with recognized nursing standards, including the Patient Bill of Rights standards for patient care and the Nurse Practice Act Able to perform a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy, including geriatric patients and the general patient population Able to adequately assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques, and educate the patient and family regarding pain management Able to monitor the hemodynamic status of the patient and correctly interpret the results Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac monitoring to identify dysrhythmias Able to perform waived testing (point-of-care testing) per the Clinical Laboratory’s and according to the patient care unit’s policies and procedures Maintain current knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on the age of the patient and his/her clinical condition Maintain accurate and continued nursing documentation, including patient histories, conditions, treatments, responses, and assessment of changes Perform all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors Interact professionally with patient and family and involve patient and family in the formation of the plan of care Formulate a teaching plan based on identified learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning, including family in teaching as appropriate Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with hospital standards Demonstrate the values of the team concept on a consistent basis Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, LPN, ADN, BSN Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a hospital setting. Telemetry experience welcomed Current OK or Compact Nursing License. Current CPR and ACLS required. Excellent communication skills. Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Cable Pullers to support structured cabling and infrastructure installations in a high-demand data center environment. This role is responsible for pulling, routing, and staging low-voltage cabling (fiber and copper) throughout large-scale data center facilities under the direction of Leads and Foremen.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required, but familiarity with construction or low-voltage environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pull, route, and label CAT6 and fiber optic cabling according to installation plans
  • Assist with racking and staging materials and tools on-site
  • Help install cable tray, ladder rack, J-hooks, and other pathway supports
  • Maintain clean cable runs and follow all bend radius and pull force guidelines
  • Support Lead Technicians and Foremen with setup, teardown, and job site organization
  • Use basic hand tools (tape measures, fish tapes, cable cutters, etc.)
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
  • Perform other general labor and installation tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction, low-voltage, or data center
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in tight or elevated spaces
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Must pass background check and drug screening (if required by client or site)

Preferred (but not required):

  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Basic knowledge of cable types and infrastructure components
  • Previous experience in data center or telecom environments
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
