We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mobile wound care team in Oklahoma. The LPN will provide high-quality, on-site wound care treatment to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or skilled nursing facilities. This role involves travel, autonomy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team to promote healing and prevent complications. Key Responsibilities: Assess, clean, dress, and monitor a variety of wounds including pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, and venous/arterial ulcers Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders Document all patient encounters, wound progress, and treatment plans accurately using electronic medical records (Experience with Intellicure is a Plus!) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mobile wound care team in Oklahoma. The LPN will provide high-quality, on-site wound care treatment to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or skilled nursing facilities. This role involves travel, autonomy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team to promote healing and prevent complications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, clean, dress, and monitor a variety of wounds including pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, and venous/arterial ulcers
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders
